TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
WARRANTY POLICY
·FLEXTAIL warrants its products against defects in raw materials and
manufacturing processes for a period of two years from the date of
purchase to customers who have purchased the product from an
authorized retailer. For this product, the warranty period is two years.
·If customer discovers a hidden defect in the product, please return it
to the place of purchase.If cannot return it to the dealer, please
return it to the address we provide. We will repair or replace the
product in accordance with the warranty terms. We will undeake
the due obligations during warranty period based on warranty terms.
The seice will no longer be provided after the warranty expires. We
resee the right to request proof of your warranty claim.
·Plug in the charger to check if the batte is charged.
·Check if there is water or other liquid on the pump suace.
·Please check if the fan blades are stuck or obstructed by foreign objects.
·Please repeatedly press the switch to obsee if the product stas.
