Note
During winter time or when the sunshine duration is short, it is suggested
to switch to power OFF and charge when sunlight is available before
power ON again.
Note
If there’s sunlight or other lights on the solar panel, the lamp will not be
ON even if the ON/OFF switch has been turned ON. During testing, other
object (paper board, hand or arm) should be used to cover the complete
solar panel, then the lamp will be ON after turning on the ON/OFF switch
(and/or switched ON by APP). Select a location that is not located close
to other light sources, such as for example street lighting, because this
enables the lamp to be switched o automatically when set in AUTO ON
setting (by APP).
Pay attention
- Please note that the charging port of the device should not have water
inltration. Otherwise, it will cause a product failure.
- Do not charge or store the product in a place below 0gr or above 40gr,
otherwise the product performance will be reduced.
- It is a normal phenomenon that temperature of the charger rises
during charging.
- The product should be charged as soon as it is working to a low battery
level; it is forbidden to leave the product for a long period of time when
the battery is low, which may cause the lithium battery to over discharge
and fail to charge normal!
Battery warning note
New batteries must be recharged and discharged 3 ~ 5 times before
their full function use time is released. Charge indoors only at room
temperature and only under supervision during daytime. Disconnect
from the charger when the battery is fully charged, as overcharging
can shorten battery life. Lithium batteries should only be charged with
constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV). When not in usage, the charge
in a fully charged battery slowly disappears. Do not place the product
near a heat source or expose it to direct sunlight, dust, moisture, rain or
mechanical impact. Try to keep the battery temperature between 0°C and
45°C at all times. If the battery is too hot or too cold, the product may
not work temporarily, even if it is fully charged. Do not attempt to charge
the device when the battery is damaged. Never insert metal objects
in any opening of the (USB) charging port. The rechargeable battery is
built into the device and can be replaced. Do not throw the battery into
the re, otherwise it may explode. Batteries may also explode if being
damaged, please handle and disposal it according to local conditions and
regulations. After 3 months long storage, need to completely discharged
and recharge for at least 80%. The battery used in this device may
present a risk of re or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not disassemble,
short contacts, heat above 60°C (140°F), or incinerate. Keep away from
children. Do not disassemble and do not dispose of in re.
- Ensure that the device do not come into contact with heat sources, hot
objects or naked ames.
- Do not attempt to charge the device when the battery is damaged.
- Leaks from battery cells can occur under extreme conditions. If the
liquid gets on the skin, wash it immediately with soap and water. If the
liquid gets into the eyes, ush them directly with clean water for at least
15 minutes and seek medical attention.
Operation and button use
On and o button
Light on
Push the ON/OFF button to ON to activate the lamp and the green led
indicator will turn on. The lamp will turn ON automatically at sunset/night
and will go OFF during sunrise/day (or when the battery is empty) and is
done automatically by the internal light and motion sensor inside the solar
panel and front of the lamps motion sensor.
Light o
If you push the ON/OFF button to OFF again, the lamp is turned OFF
completely and green led indicator is o. The solar cells will charge the
battery without activating the lamp. Leave the lamp in this position for at
least 2 or 3 sunny days so the battery can be fully charged before using it or
when not in use for longer period of time’s to protect the battery.
