1. MEMORY:
 Insert an SD memory card the slot under the cover on bottom of the camera.
2. POWER:
 Insert a charged battery into the battery bay on the bottom of the camera.
3. START/STOP:
 Press the Power button. Press and hold to turn off.
4. FOCUS:
 Manual Focus: Slide the Focus Button on front of the hand grip either to the left or right.
 Auto Focus: press the silver Auto-Focus/Save button half way down.
5. AUTO ADJUST) : (Level and Span)
 In Live mode: pressing the Auto/Manual button will toggle between Auto mode and Manual mode. The
icon will be displayed in manual mode.
6. MANUAL ADJUST: (Level and Span)
 Press the Auto/Manual button until the appears in the image viewing screen.
 To change the temperature scale minimum and maximum values at the same time, move the Joystick
up or down.
 To change the minimum or maximum values independently, first move the Joystick left or right to
select a value (it will now be highlighted).
 Move the Joystick up or down to change the highlighted value.
NOTE: When in Preview or Edit mode, pressing the Auto/Manual button will perform a one-time auto adjust,
yet keep you in the Manual mode.
