Summary

Installation

Install Pro-Fill Valves

Install Pro-Fill valves into battery cells by inserting and rotating them a quarter turn to lock.

Install Flexible Manifolds

Connect the flexible manifolds to the installed valves by pushing and rotating the swivel tee.

Link Manifolds with Tubing

Connect manifolds together using Pro-Fill tubing, cutting the tubing to the desired length.

Attach Fill Line

Attach the main fill line to an open barb, connecting up to six batteries in a series.

Apply End Caps

Cover any remaining unused barbs with red end caps to complete the installation.

Operation

Prime Squeeze Bulb

Insert the squeeze bulb filler into distilled water, prime by squeezing until filled.

Connect Supply Line

Remove dust cap and connect the water supply line to the squeeze bulb assembly via quick couplers.

Fill Battery Cells

Squeeze the bulb firmly to pump water into battery cells until all cells are full.

Disconnect and Cap

Immediately disconnect the squeeze bulb filler assembly and replace the dust cap.

Return Excess Water

Pump any remaining water from the squeeze bulb filler assembly back into the distilled water jug.
