or are unable to satisfactorily resolve the situation, contact the FCI Customer Service Department toll free

To describe your problems in a more graphical or pictorial manner, send your fax including your phone
or fax number to your regional representative. Again FCI is available through facsimile if you have
exhausted your possibilities with the authorized factory representative. Our fax number is
