  If the Fluid Management Dispenser doesn't agitate, first ensure the power cord is plugged into a properly grounded outlet and that the outlet has voltage. Check and reset the circuit breaker located on the unit's base, if necessary. Also, make sure canisters are correctly installed. Remove and reinstall them if needed. Hardened colorant in a canister can also cause this issue; clean the canister thoroughly. In some cases, the power switch may need replacement.

  If the Fluid Management Dispenser unit mistints, check the formula and gauge settings to rule out operator error. Inspect the gauges and gauge pins for wear, replacing the end cap assembly if needed. Calibrate the pumps following the calibration procedure. Remove any air from the pumps. Ensure colorant levels are adequate and agitate for several minutes to remove air from the system.

  If colorant doesn't dispense or is difficult to dispense from your Fluid Management Dispenser, first check if the canister is empty and refill it, then purge the system. A clogged nozzle can also cause this; remove and clean it thoroughly. If the colorant has hardened in the canister, remove the colorant and clean the canister. Finally, the nozzle might be too small; use the larger nozzle from the spare parts kit.

  If the Fluid Management Dispenser doesn't dispense colorant evenly or drips beforehand, it might be due to air trapped in the pump; purge the air from the system. Alternatively, the colorant level may be low; fill the canister and purge the system. A worn piston seal can also cause this issue, so replace the piston seal if necessary.
