Plastic rod for pressing counterface, approx. 1.1" flat end.
Plastic tube to press seal onto shaft, flat end, approx. 0.475" ID.
Tweezers to aid in placing pins in the rotor.
Tube to press bearing onto shaft, approx. 0.440" ID.
Blocks or supports to hold the pump during pressing operations.
Repair kit for the specific Fluid-O-Tech rotary vane pump.
Checking the pump body for dents, cracks, or debris affecting assembly.
Inspecting the bypass valve and seat for wear or damage affecting priming.
Assessing the rotor's surface finish and slot condition for vane operation.
