Why is my Fluo FMV-ND224PH/A-T Air Conditioner not cooling properly?
    • G
      Gregory WalkerAug 3, 2025
If your Fluo Air Conditioner isn't cooling well, several factors could be at play. Start by cleaning or replacing the air filter if it's dirty. Ensure all doors and windows are closed to prevent heat from entering. Check for any blockages in the inlet and outlet of the indoor unit. Also, make sure the temperature isn't set too high; try lowering it. If these steps don't help, there may be a refrigerant leak, which requires checking and refilling.

How to fix a Fluo FMV-ND224PH/A-T that won't start?
    • J
      Joan WebbAug 9, 2025
If your Fluo Air Conditioner isn't starting, begin by checking the power supply connection. If that's not the issue, examine the circuit breaker, as it may have tripped due to an electrical leakage; reset it if necessary. Also, verify that the input voltage meets the required specifications. If none of these steps resolve the problem, the main PC-board might be defective, and you should consult an authorized service center.

If the temperature setting is too low, try raising it. If the issue persists, there may be a refrigerant leak, which requires checking and refilling.

Why doesn't the indoor fan start up during heating in my Fluo FMV-ND224PH/A-T?
    • J
      Joan ParrishAug 28, 2025
If the indoor fan of your Fluo Air Conditioner doesn't start during heating, it could be because the unit is designed to prevent cool air from being delivered until the heat exchange becomes hot. Wait for the heat exchange to warm up. Additionally, during defrosting, the fan may stop temporarily as the system switches to cooling mode to prevent cool air from being delivered. Allow the system to complete the defrosting cycle.
