  If the heater on your FocalPoint Indoor Fireplace isn't working, even with the power and heater switches/buttons in the 'ON' position, turn all switches/buttons to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, plug it back in and operate as normal.

  Some noise from your FocalPoint Indoor Fireplace is normal. The flame effect uses a motor, which creates some noise. The heater motor also produces noise due to the airflow required when heat is selected.
