Usage Features:
The KS-08WIFI offers flexible operating modes:
- Wi-Fi Mode:
- Local Network (Wi-Fi or Cable): The smartphone and speaker connect to the same local network. If the network has internet access, all APP services (online radio, Spotify) are available. Multiple speakers can be connected and controlled independently. Wi-Fi setup is done via the APP. Wired connection is also possible via the RJ-45 port, with Wi-Fi having priority.
- Multiroom Wi-Fi: All speakers in a group connect to the local Wi-Fi network. The main speaker creates its own Wi-Fi access point, and secondary speakers connect to it to play synchronized audio. Secondary speakers should be within 4-5 meters of the main speaker.
- Multiroom Cable: Speakers connect via wired local area network, extending the multiroom range.
- Access Point: The smartphone connects directly to the speaker's Wi-Fi network. If the speaker was previously connected to a local network with internet, online services will be available.
- Setup: To configure Wi-Fi, press the MODE button on the active speaker or remote control, or use the APP. The voice-over will confirm "WI-FI MODE."
