  If you lost the only admin key for your Ford Automobile, you should purchase a new key from an authorized dealer.

Why I cannot create a MyKey on my Ford Automobile?

  You may not be able to create a MyKey for your Ford Automobile if the key or transmitter used to start the vehicle does not have admin privileges, or if it is the only admin key. It is also possible that the keyless start transmitter is not placed in the backup position (vehicles with keyless start), or the SecuriLock passive anti-theft system is disabled or in unlimited mode. In these cases, see an authorized dealer for a Ford-approved remote start system. For keyless start transmitter placement, see Starting a Gasoline Engine (page 151).
