23. Tighten the crankshaft pulley bolt.
24. Tighten the coolant pump pulley bolts.
25. Position the RH lower splash shield and install the bolts.
26. Install the wheel and tire assembly. For additional information, refer to Section 204-04.
27. Install the stud.
28. Install the coolant tube.
