My home address is not on the map,
is my navigation system broken?
Thereareseveralpossiblereasons
whyyoumaynotbeabletondyour
homeaddress:
1)Themapthatisincludedwith
yoursystemcontainsthemost
recentdataavailableatthetime
ofyearlyproduction.However,
therearesituationswhensome
homeaddressesmaynotbeinthe
databaseyet(i.e.newlydeveloped
neighborhoods,homeslocatedoff
dirtorcountryroads,etc.).
2)Theroadhasnotbeenphysically
veriedyet.
3)Youarenotenteringthestreet
namecorrectly.Itisnotnecessary
toentertheprexorsufxtoany
streetname.Forexample,“East
MainStreet”cansimplybeentered
as“Main”.
