Alerts the user to important operating and/or maintenance
instructions. May be used alone or with other safety symbols.

Potential electrical hazards. Only qualified persons should
perform the instructions and procedures associated with this
symbol.
Hazard. Do not touch. Instructions associated with this symbol
should only be carried out when using special handing equipment
or when wearing special, protective clothing.
Potential biological hazards. Proper protective equipment and
procedures must be used when following instructions associated
with this symbol.

Potentially hazardous energy. Equipment being maintained or
serviced must be turned off and locked off to prevent possible
injury. Reference O.S.H.A. Regulation 1910-147.
Hot surface(s) present which may cause burns to unprotected
skin or to materials which may be damaged by elevated
temperatures
Warning. Skin damage and/or eye injury can be caused by the
light produced by ultra violet light sources installed in this
eqipment.
Never work in this unit with the ultra violet light operating.
√ Always use the proper protective equipment (clothing, gloves, goggles etc.).
√ Always dissipate extreme cold or heat, or wear protective clothing.
√ Always follow good hygiene practices.
√ Each individual is responsible for his/her own safety.
