Section 9 - Service
Service to the unit must be performed by qualified
personnel. The cabinet should then be re-certified.
Before service is to be performed on the cabinet, the
unit must be decontaminated!
9.1 Replacing the Blower Motor (Model 1284 Series 4-foot)
• Turn the unit off and disconnect it from the power source.
• Remove all dress panels.
• Remove the access panel.
• Unfasten the two latches connecting the blower to the air plenum.
• Remove the bolt toward the front of the cabinet that connects the blower housing bracket
to the top of the cabinet.
