Test process
1. Weigh the empty pot (position 8) and record the empty weight.
2. Put the filling ring (position 9) on the pot (position 8) and hang the
clamping rings (position 10) in at the pot’s rim.
3. Fill the pot (position 8) with concrete and then shake / compress it.
4. Put the filling ring (position 9) off and make even the concrete over
the pot’s rim with a striker.
5. Weigh the filled pot (position 8) and calculate the bulk density by
subtracting the recorded empty weight.
6. Now clean the pot’s rim witch a cloth.
7. Put the upper part (position 4) on the cleaned pot (position 8)
and clamp it with the quick tighteners (position 7).
8. Open the stop valves (position 5 and 6) that is the levers point upwards.
Then inject water with a washing bottle in the stop valve (position 5)
till the water comes out of the stop valve (position 6) without bubbles.
9. Loosen the air pump (position 1) by turning left the semi-circular handle
and pump till the manometer pointer stands approx. 10 mm after the
“red adjustment mark”. Now turn the knurled screw of the drain valve
(position 3) slowly to the left till the manometer pointer stands exactly
on the „red adjustment mark“. Is this position reached close the drain
valve by turning the knurled screw clockwise.
10. Close the stop valves (position 5 and 6).
