33 of the user manual supplied with the machi-
ne).
2) from the absence of this cartridge.
3) from an incorrect positioning of the cartridge on
the base of the lter holder which allows unlte-
red air to enter the carburetor.
The introduction of small particles can cause irrever-
sible damage to the piston rings and cylinders.
We recommend regular cleaning every 8 hours of
operation, or every 4 hours if the environment is
very dusty.
Wash the foam rubber pre-lter with soapy water,
tap the lter to make the dust fall, do not clean it
with air as you risk creating micro-holes invisible to
the eye which will then let the small particles pass.
Wet the sponge with lter oil.
Fuel:
The fuel must meet the following criteria:
- Unleaded, clean and fresh petrol.
- Minimum octane number 87/87 AKI (91 RON).
Do not use unauthorized petrol such as: E10, E15
or E85.
Do not mix gasoline with oil and do not alter the
engine to make it work with alternative fuels. This
would damage the engine and would not be covered
by the warranty.
In summary: only SP95 or better: SP98.
WARNING
Fuels that do not conform or are altered by aging in
the tank or in a tank (unless a stabilizing additive
is added), can cause damage to the pump mem-
brane or deposits in the carburetion; these 2 cases
would not be covered by the warranty.
Starter:
Handle the starter control lever gently. If you go
beyond the stop point of the rod and can cause the
deformation of the buttery.
The deformation of the buttery is not covered by
the warranty.
Carburetion:
In the event of carburetion problems: check the cor-
rect operation of the starter buttery, clean the car-
buretor tank, the spark plugs and tighten the intake
manifold.
Ventilation, engine cooling:
Once a year or every 200 hours: clean the fan located
under the recoil starter cover.
Machine shutdown during use:
ENGLISH
The seat is equipped with a safety device that turns
off the machine if the operator stands up. In case of
interruption during operation: check that the driver
is in the center of the seat (fasten the seat belt and
rest the foot on the footrest), check that the safety
connections behind the seat are in good condition
(cables well inserted).
Ventilation, cooling of the hydraulic circuit:
The hydraulic circuit of the Vision machine is equip-
ped with 2 safety thermostats and a fan rotation in-
verter:
- A rst thermostat is placed on the ventilated ra-
diator of the hydraulic circuit and activates the
electric fan when the hydraulic system oil reaches
a value between 60 ° and 65 °.
- A second thermostat is placed on the hydraulic oil
tank and blocks the supply to the hydraulic mo-
tors of the tracks if the hydraulic oil reaches 90 °.
- The electric radiator fan is equipped with a control
unit which automatically reverses the fan rotation
direction so as to perform a self-cleaning of the
radiator by blowing outwards.
SAFETY STOP OF THE MACHINE DURING OPE-
RATION, FOR TEMPERATURE TOO ELAVATED OF
HYDRAULIC OIL:
During the use of the machine, the hydraulic oil he-
ats up, depending on the accessories and the use
being made of the machine.
When the machine is cold, at the ignition, the electric
radiator of the oil radiator always performs the cle-
aning cycle: the fan blows for 60 seconds, towards
the outside and cleans the radiator from any dirt and
then stops.
When the oil temperature reaches around 60°-65°C,
a thermostat activates the electric radiator of the oil
radiator performing the cooling cycle.
The fan draws in fresh air from outside and passes
it through the radiator for 5 minutes (approxima-
tely) and then reverses the rotation to perform the
cleaning cycle, then starts to blow for another 60
seconds. The cycle repeats as long as the oil tem-
perature does not drop below 60°C, then the electric
fan stops.
If for any reason, the temperature of the oil rises
above 90°C, a second thermostat intervenes which
instantly switches off the engine of the machine and
a red light on the display lights up (20 Fig. 1 / A).
This device serves to preserve the integrity of the
machine's components. All machine functions are
invalidated except for engine ignition.
