Dimensions shown in Figure 1 must be used. Given dimensions provide minimum clearance.
Locate electrical outlet in the shaded area in the upper left-hand corner of the cutout.
Floor of the opening must be constructed of plywood strong enough to support the oven's weight.
Remove all packing materials from inside the Microwave Drawer. Do not remove the waveguide cover.
Check drawer for damage like misaligned parts or dents. Contact dealer if damage is found.
Read all of the Installation Manual before installing the Microwave Drawer.
Remove all packing material before connecting the electrical supply.
Observe all governing codes and ordinances.
Be sure to leave these instructions with the consumer.
Failure to follow instructions may result in fire, electrical shock, property damage, injury, or death.
Reduce tipping risk by securing the drawer with a properly installed Anti-Tip block.
This Microwave Drawer must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes.
Ensure wall coverings and cabinets can withstand heat generated by the Microwave Drawer.
Never leave children alone or unattended where the drawer is in use. Never leave open when unattended.
Do not step, lean, or sit on the drawer. Do not use as a storage space.
Check time-of-day display; touch Stop/Clear to prevent unintended use.
Install the 6-inch Anti-Tip block 14 13/16-inches above the floor to prevent tipping.
Ensure screws penetrate drywall and secure into wood or metal for stability.
Requires a 120 volt 60 Hz, AC only, 15 amp or more protected electrical supply.
Must be plugged into a properly installed and grounded 3-prong wall receptacle.
If only a 2-prong outlet is available, have a qualified electrician install a correct wall receptacle.
Can be installed using an outlet in an adjacent cabinet within reach of the electrical cord.
Appliance must be grounded via a cord with a grounding plug into a properly installed receptacle.
Do not use an extension cord; it can result in a risk of electric shock.
Place drawer adjacent to opening, plug in power cord, and guide into prepared opening.
Slide the drawer all the way until the mounting flange is flush with the face of the cabinet.
Open drawer, use holes as template, and pre-drill cabinet using a 1/16" bit.
Secure the drawer with the 4 supplied screws.
The name plate with model and serial number is located beyond the back wall of the microwave cavity.
