The Fortress FDH1816 is a dehumidifier designed for household use. Its primary function is to reduce the humidity level in a room, thereby preventing issues like mold growth, musty odors, and damage to household items. Usage Features:
The dehumidifier is equipped with a user-friendly control panel.
- ON/OFF Button: Powers the unit on or off.
- Humidity Setting Button: Allows selection of desired dehumidifying modes: continuous (CNT) or specific humidity levels (40%, 50%, 60%, 70%).
- Wind Speed Button: Adjusts the fan speed between high and low settings.
- TIMER Button: Sets an auto-off timer (1-24 hours) when the unit is on, or an auto-on timer (1-24 hours) when the unit is off. Each press adds 1 hour.
- Temperature Display Button: Shows the current room temperature on the LED display for 8 seconds before reverting to room humidity.

- Storage: For long-term storage, the appliance should be turned off, unplugged, packed well, and stored in a dry, cool place. It should not be tilted or placed in a crossing position during storage to prevent malfunction or damage.
