How to reset?
1. Delete "A11" record from the
Bluetooth menu on your device
and deactivate the Bluetooth
setting.

Note: If it still doesn't work, please repeat the steps to try again.

2. Insert both earbuds into the
charging case and close the lid.
3. Press & hold the Reset button
5s simultaneously to clean the
pairing record with the last
paired device.
(* During this period, the LED Power Display will flash 3 times, then
get charge again.)
Now, take A11 earbuds out of the charging case, activate the
Bluetooth setting on your device and select "A11" to connect, it
should work properly.
