  Your Freeman Staple Gun might skip driving fasteners due to several reasons: a worn bumper (replace the bumper), dirt in the nose piece (clean the drive channel), dirt or damage preventing fasteners or the pusher from moving freely in the magazine (clean the magazine), a damaged pusher spring (replace the spring), inadequate airflow to the tool (check the fitting, hose, or compressor), a worn O-ring on the piston or lack of lubrication (replace and lubricate the O-rings), a damaged O-ring on the trigger valve (replace the O-rings), air leaks (tighten screws and fittings), or a leaking cap seal (replace the gasket).
