For ebike that has been delivered for more than 15 days or used for more than 10 miles, if
there is any problem, we do not accept returns anymore, only repairs and replacements are
allowed.
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days of approval, please check your bank
account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before
your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
