The device must be charged on its cradle before first use. This is a critical setup step.
Details the red battery light behavior during charging and normal operation lights when the device is off the cradle.
Press and hold the call button to connect to the support center. The device can also automatically detect falls.
Test the device weekly by pressing the call button and informing the specialist it's a test call.
