EXCLUSIONS
This warrantyapplies onlyto productsin ordinaryhouseholduse, and the consumeris responsible for the items
listed below:
1. Properuseof the appliancein accordancewithinstructionsprovidedwith theproduct.
2. Proper installation by an authorized servicer in accordancewith instructions providedwith the appliance and in
accordancewithall localplumbing,electricaland/or gascodes.
3. Proper connection to a grounded power supply of sufficient voltage, replacementof blownfuses, repair of loose
connectionsordefectsin housewiring.
4. Expensesfor making theappliance accessiblefor servicing,such as removalof trim, cupboards,shelves,etc.,which
are nota partofthe appliancewhenit wasshippedtom the factory.
5. Damagesto finishafterinstallation.
6. Replacementoflightbulbsand/orfluorescenttubes(on modelswith thesefeatures).
This warrantydoes notcoverthe following:
1. CONSEQUENTIALOR INCIDENTALDAMAGESSUCHAS PROPERTYDAMAGEAND INCIDENTALEXPENSES
RESULTINGPROMANYBREACHOFTHISWRITTENORANY IMPLIEDWARRANTY.

2. Servicecallswhich do not involvemalfunctionor defectsin workmanshipor material,or for appliancesnotin ordinary
householduse.The consumershall payforsuch servicecalls.
3. Damages caused by servicesperformedby servicersother than ElectroluxHome Products,Inc., ElectroluxCanada
Corp., or its authorized servicers; use of parts other than genuine Electrolux Home Productsparts; obtainedfrom
personsotherthan suchservicers;or externalcausessuchas abuse,misuse,inadequatepowersupplyoracts ofGod.
4. Productswith originalserial numbersthathavebeenremovedor alteredand cannotbe readilydetermined.

Keep your bill of sale, deliveryslip, or some other appropriate paymentrecord. The date on the bill establishesthe
warranty period shouldservice be required. If service is performed,it is in your best interestto obtain and keep all
receipts. Thiswritten warrantygivesyou specificlegal rights.You mayalso haveotherrightsthat varyfromstateto state.

are subjecttochangewithoutnotice. All warrantiesaremade by ElectrotuxHome Products,Inc. In Canada,your applianceiswarrantedby
