- Independent Basket Control: Users can select and program the LEFT or RIGHT basket individually. The active basket's control button illuminates steadily.

- DUAL COOK Feature: Allows users to effortlessly duplicate settings from one basket to the other, programming both Left and Right baskets with the same temperature and time.
- SYNC FINISH Feature: Ensures both baskets complete cooking at the same time. After programming both baskets, pressing SYNC FINISH will synchronize the cook times, with "HOLD" appearing on the display for the basket that is paused to allow the other to catch up. This function is not operable once cooking has started.

- Cooking Charts: Detailed charts are provided for Air Fry/Roast cooking of vegetables, beef, pork, fish, seafood, frozen foods, and desserts, including recommended temperatures and times for both single and dual basket use. A Dehydrate chart for herbs, fruits, and vegetables is also included.
- Food Preparation Tips:
- Pat food dry before cooking to encourage browning and reduce smoke.
- Air fry small batches of breaded foods for crispiness.
- Cut food into smaller pieces to increase surface area.
- Refrigerate breaded foods for at least 30 minutes before frying.
- Dust poultry skin with corn starch and spray with oil for crispiness.
- Arrange breaded food to allow air flow.
- Spray oils (canola, olive, avocado, coconut, grapeseed, peanut, vegetable) are recommended for even distribution and less oil usage.
- Shake air-fried foods onto a serving area promptly.
- For high-fat foods (bacon, chicken wings, sausages), it may be necessary to empty fat from the fryer basket between batches to avoid excess smoke.
- Always check food halfway through cooking and adjust TEMP or TIME as needed.
- Do not overfill baskets; never more than 2/3 full.
- For dehydrating, place a single layer of ingredients, and for a second layer, use the crisping tray over the first layer.
