Why is my FRIGOGLASS Flex 35 HC cooler not cooling?

  There are several reasons why your FRIGOGLASS Merchandiser might not be cooling: * If you've recently reloaded it with warm products, it will take some time to cool them. Preferably, reload the ICM before night closing. * The air circulation may be blocked due to loading issues. Load the ICM according to the company's standards. * The door might not be sealing properly. In this case, repair the doors for proper closing (this type of repair should be performed by an authorized technician). * There could be a leakage in the cooling system. To fix this, repair the leakage (this type of repair should be performed by an authorized technician).
