What to do if my FRIGOGLASS Retro [R290] LC is not cooling properly?
    • B
      becktimothyAug 4, 2025
If your FRIGOGLASS Merchandiser isn't cooling well, several factors could be the cause. If you recently reloaded it with warm products, it can take 8-16 hours to cool them down, so preferably reload before closing time. Check that the air circulation isn't blocked due to loading issues, and load the ICM according to the standards you have been provided with by the company. Make sure the door is properly sealed and not left open too long. If there is ice on the evaporator, defrost the unit by unplugging it until the ice melts. Note that leakage in the cooling system should be repaired by an authorized technician.

Warm air coming from the bottom of your FRIGOGLASS Merchandiser is normal; it's just the air that warms up as it passes through the condenser. For better airflow, use the back spacer.

How to fix a noisy FRIGOGLASS Retro [R290] LC?
    • R

A certain amount of noise is unavoidable because this FRIGOGLASS Merchandiser uses a powerful mechanism. If the noise is an intense metallic sound, contact the service provider. Also, make sure that the ICM is leveled properly by adjusting the leveling feet, especially if the floor is inclined or curved.
