2. Once anchor has been positioned, remove the locking pin out of the adjustable
arm and then move the adjustable arm as close as possible to the parapet inner
wall as shown on figure 6.
3. Line up the closest slot and then insert the locking pin through the adjustable
and fixed arm slots.
4. Thereafter, insert the safety pin into the locking pin to secure its position as
shown on figure 7.
