The FRYAIR doesn’t turn
on.
No Power
Not set
Ensure that the cord is
connected and plugged
into a switched on
outlet.
Check that the timer,
temperature and fan-
force settings are
activated.
My recipe requires
more than 60
minutes, but the timer
only goes to 60
minutes.
At the end of 60
minutes you will
have to reset the
timer.
My cakes/desserts are
getting burnt on top.
The FryAir forces
intense heat from the
top downward. In foods
that are high in fat or
sugar this can result in
surface scorching.
Where possible turn
the food over or
move to a lower
position.
Where these options
are not possible
cover the foods with
tin-foil and continue
cooking.
I have sent the timer and
the temperature, press
start and the settings go
back to zero.
You may not be
choosing a fan force
setting.
Put in your time,
temperature, fan force
setting and press start.
My rotisserie is not
working.
You may not be
pressing the “Rotation”
button.
When not using the preset
menu settings. Manually
put in the time,
temperature and fan
force. Remember to press
the “Rotation” button if
you require this setting.
