These cooking times are a guide only. They will vary depending on quantities,
personal preferences, electricity supply, the cut, size of the meats and vegetables.
Chicken

Chicken, whole and pieces with bone in, we recommend that the chicken be thawed.
When cooking by rotisserie the wings and thighs should be tied to the body.

For every 200g in the whole chicken weight increase the timer by 5
minutes. Simply push the timer button until desired time is showing on the
screen.

Extra time needs to be allowed for if the chicken is stuffed.
•
Use lower rack position for large chickens. Allow to rest in machine with lid closed for
5-10 minutes.
•
Place baking tray under low rack to catch fats and oils.
