Lamb
Lamb cooking times and fan force will vary depending upon your own preference for
rare/medium/well-done.
Large sizes of lamb need to be turned regularly during cooking.
Allow to rest in machine with lid closed for 5-10 minutes.
Lamb racks do not require browning prior to cooking. The FryAir will brown them
during the cooking time.
Place baking tray under low rack to catch fats and oils.

Pork cuts with the bone in will take longer than boneless cuts.
