Your FryAir comes complete with a basic set of accessories which includes tongs,
baking cage, rotisserie set (‘chicken fork’), rack and grease filter.
Tongs: This handy tool is designed especially for lifting hot food out of the FryAir.
Baking Cage: Put the central rotisserie pole (centre pole used in the rotisserie set /
chicken fork) through the centre of the baking cage to cook french fries, wedges,
roasted root vegetables, prawns. Or any other food that requires a constant turning
to achieve even cooking.
Rotisserie Set / Chicken Fork: Consists of the central pole and two forks. For a
whole chicken, push the central pole straight through the chicken (end to end), put
the fork on each end of the pole (forks pointing towards the chicken), push the
forks firmly into the chicken and tighten the screws. Tie the wings and legs firmly to
the body. Use the same technique with other proteins.
Rack: The rack can be used in either high or low position, depending on how close
you need your food to the heat. Low rack position is best for foods that require
longer cooking. High rack position for quicker cooking foods such chicken wings,
pizza and prawns. Use the baking tray under the rack to catch fatty drips.
Grease Filter: This stainless steel grease filter is for optional use only when
cooking with heavy fatty foods, such a fatty meats. Clean and dry grease filter after
every use.
Please note: The use of the FryAir grease filter will cause the actual temperature to
drop between 10-20. as such, user should readjust the temperature and cooking
time.
