3 Remove the toner cartridge by holding the handle on the top of the cartridge while gently
pulling it out.

Slide out the toner cartridge gently. Otherwise, toner may spill from the cartridge.

If you have a used toner cartridge no longer needed, contact your local Fuji Xerox representative for its
disposal.
4 Take the new toner cartridge of the same color out of the box, and shake the cartridge up
and down and left and right for ten times.
z
Do not touch the shutter part.
5 Insert the toner cartridge in gently until it stops.
z
Be sure to insert the toner cartridge until it clicks into place.
z
If the cartridge is not fully inserted, a message appears and the device will remain paused.
6 Close the device front toner cover.
z
If the device front toner cover is not closed completely, a message appears and the device will remain
paused.
