Displays the list of registered recipients.
îš„ Network Entries
Allows you to search for fax numbers not in the local address book but the one registered in
a server on a network.
îš„ Address types
Select from [All Types], [Fax], [IP Fax (SIP)], and [Internet Fax].
The features to be displayed on the screen depend on the configuration of your machine .
îš„ Next
This item is displayed when [Chain Dial] is set to [Yes] in the System Administration mode.
Select [Next] to specify another recipient.
îš„ When you select [Public Entries]

Note • Select [ ] to return to the previous screen or
[ ] to move to the next screen.
• You can sort recipients in alphabetical order
or registered number order.
You can specify the starting numbers of address numbers in the
System Administration mode. For information on how to change
the settings, refer to "5 Tools" > "Address Book Settings" > Fax
Speed Dial Default" in the Administrator Guide.

Enter the desired speed dial number with the numeric keypad. The corresponding address
appears at the top of the list.
îš„ (List/Thumbnail)
Press this button to switch the display between the list (five recipients) and the thumbnails
(15 recipients).
îš„ Speed Dial
Displays the speed dial numbers.
îš„ Name
Displays the recipient names.
îš„ [] button
Displays the details on the recipient.
îš„ Add New Address
Allows you to add a new recipient. To add a new recipient, use the screen keyboard or current
recipients.
For more information on how to add a new address, refer to "Add New Address (Registering a Destination on the Address
Book)" (P.204).

Lists all the registered recipients for Fax or Internet Fax.
