Device Ports
Your LIFEBOOK Ultrabook comes equipped with multiple ports to which you can connect an external device including
disk drives, keyboards, modems, printers, etc.
HDMI Port
Headphone Jack
The headphone jack allows you to connect headphones or powered external speakers to your LIFEBOOK Ultrabook.
Your headphones or speakers must be equipped with a 1/8” (3.5 mm) stereo mini-plug. To connect headphones or
speakers, simply align the connector with the port opening, then push the connector into the port until it is seated.
The High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) port is a
digital audio/video interface over which uncompressed streams
can be transmitted. HDMI is used to connect compatible digital
devices with your computer (such as a big-screen TV).
To connect an HDMI device:
1 Align the connector with the port opening.
2 Push the connector into the port until it is seated.

IF YOU PLUG HEADPHONES INTO THE HEADPHONE JACK, YOU WILL DISABLE THE BUILT-IN STEREO SPEAKERS.
