FIGURE 32 – ISOLATION VALVE CONFIGURATION SCREEN
Isolation Valve Configuration
The isolation valve conguration screen displays the current status of all the
boilers isolation valves and provides conguration parameters
Mode: Auto/Manual selection. In Auto the ModSync® will determine
when the isolation valve should be opened. If the mode is set for
Manual then the valve will only respond to the manual selection.
Status: Displays the current status (Open/Close) of the boiler’s isolation
valve. If the mode is selected as Manual, then the status becomes a
user selectable button.
Valves Open: User selection that determines the minimum number of
isolation valves that will be open at all times. The ModSync® will keep
the valves open in the lead/lag order.
Output Control: User selection that determines the output operation.
Valve Close Delay: Time delay that leaves the valve open after the
boiler is disabled to allow residual heat in the boiler to dissipate.
VFD Boiler Circulation Pump Configuration
The VFD Boiler Circulation Pump conguration screen displays the current status
of all the boilers circulation pumps and provides conguration parameters.
