What to do if the Fusion Sport SmartSpeed Sports & Outdoors software says 'grabba sleeve disconnected'?

If the SMARTSPEED software displays a “grabba sleeve disconnected” message when started, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure a complete serial connection between the PDA and the Grabba sleeve by sliding the PDA up in the sleeve and pushing it back down to reconnect. A blue light should flash on the right side of the sleeve if connected correctly. Also, the Grabba sleeve may not be charged; charge the sleeve for a minimum of 30 minutes using a 5V charger only, as SMARTSPEED will not work while the sleeve is connected to USB. Finally, the SMARTLOADER software might still be running. Exit SMARTSPEED and check if SMARTLOADER is running. Close SMARTLOADER and try again.
