Transfer with Announcement

Transfer call by pressing transfer soft key, entering number, and announcing caller.

Blind Transferring a Call

Direct Transfer

Transfer call directly by pressing blind soft key and entering recipient number.

Forwarding an Incoming Call

Set Up Forwarding

Press forward soft key, enter number/extension, then press forward again.

Forwarding an Extension

Configure Extension Forwarding

Select forwarding option (Always, No Answer, Busy) and enter number.

Searching the Directory

Find Contacts

Navigate to directories, select contact directory, and enter search criteria.

Create a Conference Call

Initiate Conference

Call first participant, press confrnc soft key, dial second participant, and press confrnc again.
