Before installing the fiber laser, please check that the equipment is in good condition and the laser lens is clean and free of
contamination.
Installation specification: Before starting to operate the fiber laser, please refer to the instruction manual to fix the laser head (use
accessories or supports with fixing functions such as safety shield, electric lift stand and third axis to avoid breaking the support-
ing object due to unstable placement)
Please be sure to supply power to the device according to the power and power type (24V 11A adapter) indicated in the instruc-
tion manual.
Before starting the laser and starting to engrave, please make sure to take safety precautions, such as installing a safety shield
and wearing goggles to prevent the laser from accidentally injuring the eyes or skin, and removing irrelevant items to prevent
unnecessary damage caused by laser irradiation, damage, especially to remove flammable and explosive materials to prevent
fires.
When the laser starts to engrave items, do not move the equipment, so as not to cause the equipment to stop working for
self-protection, and even affect the final effect of the engraved works because of the displacement of the engraved items.
If you must move the laser equipment or the engraved objects, please do so before starting the engraving or after the engraving
has been completed. Do not move the equipment or objects during the laser work.
Because lasers are dangerous, do not let minors, children and people who do not have the awareness of self-protection approach
the laser.
Before using the fiber laser, please check that the engraved object will not release toxic and harmful gases during laser burning
to avoid poisoning accidents.
If you find smelly smoke during the engraving process, please use a fan to blow it away or place it in a spacious and ventilated
place for operation.
Before using the fiber laser to engrave objects, check whether the engraved object has total reflection or diffuse reflection
characteristics, and pay special attention to safety protection for such objects (it is recommended to blacken the engraved area
with a whiteboard pen before engraving).
Do not use the marking machine to directly irradiate the skin or eyes of the human body or pets to avoid irreversible damage.
