Wear the earbuds to fit your ears
To get the best s ound and active noise canceling, the earbuds h ave to be positi oned correctl y in your ears. If you don't wear the earbuds pr operly, they ma y not work, or th e sound q uality may be p oor. Use a pair of ear tips that fit your ears and foll ow the steps below to wear t hem correctly.
Step 1. Hold th e upper and lower si des of each earbud and rem ove them fro m the charging cas e.
The touch-sensiti ve sensors will detect that yo u are wearing t he earbuds when you put the m on. Then, the e arbud will emit a so und infor ming you that the earbud is det ected.
It is important to make sure that all outer microp hones are not co vered and ar e exposed compl etely. If one micr ophone is co vered by your ear, your earb uds may not be able to recognis e your voice pro perly. If your earbuds do not detect your voic e well, such as when saying th at you want to us e Bixby, pleas e check if the microphones are covered by your ear and tr y adjusting th e position of the earbuds you ar e wearing.
