Step 2. Connect Earth and Fence
Using the leadsets provided:
a) Connect energizer earth
(green) terminal to the earth
stake installed at least 3  (1 m)
into the ground.
b) Connect energizer fence (red)
terminal to the fence.
Step 3. Connect the Ba ery
(This turns the energizer on.)
a) Ensure the fence is ready to
operate.
b) Connect the supplied ba ery
leadset from the energizer to
the ba ery.
- Red lead to the (+) terminal
of the ba ery,
- Black lead to the (-)
terminal of the ba ery.
Important: Use a 12 V deep cycle lead acid rechargeable ba ery.
