Follow grounding instrucƟ ons carefully.
The most eff ec ve place for a ground system is in con nuously damp soil,
see illustraƟ on a). For dry areas with poor condi ons, see illustraƟ on b).
Install the ground system at least 33 from any power supply ground rod,
underground telephone or power cable. Drive one 6 ground rod into
the ground, un l only 2” remain above the ground.
Note:
Poor grounding can cause interference on telephone lines, radios and
televisions. This can be recognized by a clicking sound on telephones.
