Why is the burner flame low on my Garden Sun GS4400SS?

If the burner flame on your Garden Sun Patio Heater is low, several factors could be at play. First, low gas pressure might be the issue; in this case, turn the cylinder valve off and replace the cylinder. If the outdoor temperature is below 40ºF and the tank is less than 1/4 full, try using a full cylinder. Check the supply hose for any bends or kinks and straighten it out. Finally, if the control knob is fully on, inspect the burner and orifices for any blockages.
General
