  If your Garden Treasures Outdoor Fountain isn't pumping water, first ensure the pump is fully submerged in water. If the pump is covered with water and still not working, it might be blocked. Disconnect the fountain from the power source, then clear any obstructions and clean the bowl and tubing. Also, verify that the pump is properly connected to a power outlet and that the outlet is functioning. The pump may also be 'air locked'; try plugging and unplugging it several times to release any trapped air. Finally, make sure the tubing in the reservoir is tightly secured to the pump outlet; if not, disconnect the fountain, drain any remaining water, and secure the tubing.
