1. Attach the green ground wire clamp to a known ground on the vehicle being serviced.

. Place the suction/drain hose in the vehicle.

3. Rotate the pump handle briskly to obtain initial prime.

4. Rotate the handle clockwise (as shown by the arrow on the pump) to draw from the gas caddy , rotate counter-

clockwise for suction.

5. The gas caddy may also be filled by removing the fill cap and filling through the fill tube. DO NOT OVERFILL. Fuel

level must be below the flame arrestor screen under the fill tube.

General

Attach the green ground wire clamp to a known ground on the vehicle being serviced.

Place the suction/drain hose in the vehicle for operation.

Rotate the pump handle briskly to obtain initial prime.

Rotate handle clockwise to draw from caddy, counter-clockwise for suction.

Fill through the fill tube, do not overfill; fuel must be below the flame arrestor screen.

Important safety precautions regarding gasoline handling, ignition sources, and transportation.

Unpack components, assemble handle, install foot pads, and connect ground wire.

Prepare threads with PTFE tape and install the pump, hose fitting, and fill tube.

Install fuel level gauge ensuring float movement, and optionally mount identification label.
