      If the Gascat Control Unit's feedthrough or regulator is locked open, several issues could be the cause. It might be due to a locked shutter of the main regulator. Try adjusting the unloading valve (needle) and inspect the shutter and anti-friction rings, replacing or cleaning them as needed, applying minimal grease, preferably bi-molybdenum sulfide, during assembly. Alternatively, a broken or damaged impulse line could be the culprit, so check its condition and replace it if necessary. Another possibility is damage to the headquarters or particulate matter between the shutter and seat, which requires cleaning and inspection of the headquarters for damage, replacing if necessary. Finally, a disruption of the main diaphragm of the FA valve could be the cause, requiring replacement.

Another reason might be poorly localized impulse. To resolve this, adjust the position of the pulse taken as reported in this manual, or contact GASCAT for engineering analysis. Finally, the issue might stem from the regulator's response speed being incompatible with the system. If this is the case, adjust the unloading valve (needle).
