malfunctions, it may partially damage the doorlock.
Please familiarize yourself with manual switchgear
device in the case of an emergency.

If the 11-digit serial number is not present on the main body or if there is damage to the product, it is not a
normally distributed product, and later, you may be at disadvantage in the case of needing A/S service.

      Check the inside automatic/manual setting. If the setting button is popped out, it's in automatic lock mode. In manual setting, lightly touch the keypad with your palm to lock the deadbolt.

      This issue occurs when the inside forced lock setting is enabled from inside the home. To open the door, disable the inside forced lock setting from inside.
