Temperature
settings
will
vary
due
to
the
finish,
chemistry
and
heat
absorption
properties
of
the
materials
you
are
laminating.
If
the
pouch
is
cloudy
the
first
pass
through
the
laminator,
adjust
the
setting
higher
and
run
it
through
again.
If
warping
occurs,
reduce
temperature.
Run
additional
pieces
at
lower
setting
once
the
machine
has
cooled.
Always
allow
sufficient
time
for
the
laminator
to
adjust
to
changes
in
temperature
settings.
For
best
results,
when
laminating
a
con¬
tinuous
run
of
thick
materials
or
paper
with
heavy
ink
coverage
allow
the
laminator
approximately
20
seconds
between
pouches
for
the
system
to
re-energize.
OPERATION
1.
In
approximately
four
(4)

the
pouch
containing
the
item
into
a

carton
of
pouches.
Position
the
sealed

of
the
pouch
against
the
inside
folded
edge
of
the
carrier
(see
figure).
Handle
carriers
carefully
so
they
may
be
re-used.
3.
Insert
the
folded
edge
of
the
carrier
STRAIGHT
into
the
front
of
the
lami¬
nator
until
you
feel
the

grab
the
carrier.
4.
Remove
the
carrier
from
the
rear
of
the
GBC
DocuSeal
120
after

moving.
Leave
the
pouch
within
the
carrier
for
a
few
seconds
to
cool
before
removing
it.
Removing
it
too
soon
may
distort
the
lamination.
5.
When
you
are
