• You must use touch-tone phone.
• You must enter the correct security code.
• Did the unit hang up? If you take no action for a period of time, it automatically
hangs up.

• Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet and from the back of the unit.
Then plug the power adapter cord back into the back of the answering system and
the electrical outlet. This is a complete reset.

• Adjust the volume control.

• You must play messages for at least ve seconds before pressing and holding the
PREVIOUS button.

• Memory is full. Erase some messages.


• This is normal operation. Auto disconnect is delayed for two seconds after the
answering system answers a call. If you are near the answering system, press the
STOP/SET button to stop the greeting.
