Install the Case in the Window
[] Cm'efully slide the case into the window and
center the case. 1*)wer the window behind the
top mounting t-ail, Mount the case to the
window sill using 6 type B screws.

[] Thread a lype C bolt about 1/2 of the way
into the outer lace of the shortest angle of
each V-support.

[] Acliust the type C leveling bolts against the
outside wall so that the case has a slight tilt to
the outside. Use a level; about a 1/2 bubble
will be the correct case slant to the outside.
NOTE:Use a wood block between the leveling bolts
and the wall if the wall is weak or if the weight of the
air conditioner Palls between fhe studs in the wall,
[]Extend 1he left and right accordion panels to
the vertical window sashes and attach the top
and bottom comei_ with 4 _pe B screws,

] Position the V-supports on the case bottom so
that they will be near the outside wall, Atfaeh a
Vmuplx)rt to each side of the bottom of the case
using type A screws, 4 on each side.
